FingerprintingFingerprinting services are available to citizens that live within the City of Sultan and can be completed on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00AM - 4:00PM. |

The fee for fingerprints is $5.00 which must be paid at Sultan City Hall before fingerprinting is completed.
Concealed Pistol Licenses
Concealed Pistol Licenses are available for applicants that live within the City of Sultan only. Applications are available at the police department or download the application here: |

The fees must be paid at Sultan City Hall before applications are processed for their license.
Application fees are as follows:
- New applications (need fingerprinting): $55.25
- Renewals (from 90 days prior up to expiration date): $32.00

Late renewals (up to 90 days after expiration date): $42.00
- late renewals past 90 days of expiration will require a new application - Replacements (lost, change of address, etc...): $10.00
Concealed Pistol Licenses will be processed 10:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-4:00PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, except holidays.
Public Disclosure and Records Request
Our case reports are maintained at the Snohomish County Courthouse. For copies of reports, complete a written request with a cast number, or as much information about the specific event as possible. Forms are available at the police department or download the form here: |

Public Disclosure Requests costs are as follows; first 10 pages are free, and 25 cents per page thereafter.
You will receive a response within five business days on the status of your request.

A person wishing to ride must make application to the department defining the purpose of the ride. All persons approved must be 18, or over 16 with parental permission. A written application is available at the police department and includes a criminal background check. Fingerprinting is not required.

Traffic ViolationsIf you have received a notice of infraction for a traffic violation you may send your payment to the City of Sultan at the address listed at the bottom of your infraction. |

If you wish to contest the infraction or want a court date, send your completed infraction to the City of Sultan at the same address. You must respond to the infraction within 15 days of the date it was issued.
