Plan Review Status

The Community Development department now offers online plan review status information. To see where your project is in its review, click the daily online status link below. It will open an Excel 2007 spreadsheet that lists all projects in review. The list is updated each morning. Contact permit assistant, Cyd Donk, for additional information about your project if you'd like at 793-1099.

A daily update of all projects that are under review is updated daily by the permit assistant at 6AM and 6PM.

• If you do not own a copy of Microsoft Excel 2003, you may download a viewer from Microsoft here.

Once you open the Excel spreadsheet, you may locate your application by case number, address or project name.

Each case row will find:

• names of City staff is reviewing your application,
• whether they have been assigned to begin or have finished their reviews
• and whether it is approved for their portion of the City code review.

The City's review policy prioritizes applications when the time the City has had your latest plans approaches the turnaround-time target set by the City for the type of application it is. Thus, the closer to the top of the list your application is, the higher its priority.

Projects that have been approved but not yet picked up by the applicant and projects that are in construction are also shown on the list for your convenience.
