  1. Building Facility and Maintenance - long term strategies for maintaining buildings and facilities owned by the City of Sultan
  2. Lot size for towing yards - Information regarding a request to change the minimum lot size required in the economic development zone for towing yards
  3. One percent for art - Information regarding city code and state requirements to set aside one percent of capital project expenditures for public art
  4. Parkland expansion - Mayor Eslick is requesting input from the City Council on parkland acquisition priorities
  5. Yard Waste Facility - Mayor Eslick is requesting input from the City Council on discussions with Snohomish County for long-term use of the City's property for yard waste recycling.

Adjournment- 10:00 PM or at the conclusion of Council business.
